for a download account  to your local ChamSys Distributor who may distribute
it to your local ChamSys Dealer or Representative. 

We may distribute your contact information submitted when you purchase 
products on our web-store, register your products for warranty purposes 
to your local ChamSys Dealer or Representative. 

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to other third parties 
unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. 

All issues you post to the bugtracker (http://download.magicq.co.uk/) can be
viewed by anyone else who is registered on the bugtracker. However, files
you submit to the bugtracker as part of a bug which you have reported
remain visible only by ChamSys developers, and yourself WITH THE EXCEPTION
of .HED files attached to a bug report in the Personality category. Files in 
these reports will be publicly visible to anyone on the bugtracker. If you
wish, you have the ability to delete files from the server on the bug 
summary page.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you 
under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you 
would like a copy of the information held on you please write to ChamSys
